In totaal was het erg teleurstellend
Positive: De bedden hadden schoon linnen en er er waren voldoende schone handdoeken beschikbaar
de ligging van he appartement is gunstig t.o.v. het metro station welke om de hoek ligt
Tevens zijn er voldoende winkels in de buurt met eet gelegenheden.
Negative: Het appartement was erg smerig de vloer plakte aan alle kanten, servies moest eerst afgewassen worden alvorens wijzelf er gebruik van konden maken, de tafel waar 4 personen aan kunnen zitten plakte aan alle kanten en dus zijn wij eerst naar de supermarkt gegaan om spullen te halen om alles goed schoon te maken.
Van de 4 stoelen moesten wij eerst de zittingen goed vast draaien anders lag je zo op de grond, de bank in de huiskamer zakt zover door dat je eigenlijk op de grond zit en is dus niet te gebruiken.
Douch van 1 slaapkamer hiervan zitten de kitvoegen onder de schimmel wat niet erg hygiënisch overkomt, hier ontbrak ook een afval emmer zodat wij een vuilniszak in de badkamer moesten leggen.
De afzuigkap stonk verschrikkelijk wat ons deed besluiten om ook deze maar eerst schoon te maken, het filter heeft een hele dag in warm water moeten staan om al het vet los te krijgen hierna kon je enigszins in de woonkamer zitten zonder dat het er naar eten bleef ruiken.
De afvalemmer in de keuken was defect waardoor het een uitdaging was om het afval netjes in de emmer te krijgen.
Geprobeerd dit alles met de eigenaar netjes op te lossen echter hij stond niet open voor het terugbetalen van de schoonmaakkosten wat zeer teleurstellend is.

整體來說很舒適,我度過愉快的假期。交通非常方便,門口有公車站牌,隔壁有地鐵。對於初次來英國的我感到很方便和安心!
Positive: 整體佈置溫馨舒適,有問題提問的話回覆都很快速。廚具簡易但是齊全(但希望大家要愛惜)。地鐵聲音是可以理解的,所以不太是困擾。
Negative: 希望入住指示可以再清楚一點,像是入口或是鑰匙怎麼使用。隔壁鄰居因為不會使用把大門弄壞了造成困擾。另外隔音不太好,會聽到鄰居的音樂聲。

This property was perfect for what we needed
Positive: Location was excellent, Flat was spacious and well equipped
Negative: Beds had wooden bases which made it awkward to get in and out of but apart from that were great

3 nights paid £580. Refunded us £130. Effectively unlawful eviction and stolen our money.
Positive: Arrived 30 minutes after check-in to find 4 builders still in the property, drilling/hammering away. They were finishing a job 'replacing a mirror' in the bathroom which would take another (apparently) 40 minutes to finish. Called the host who suggested he could ask them to leave. After this I walked into the bathroom area to find large shards of broken glass remaining on the wall (pictures provided) and innumerable shards of glass on the floor extending all the way out into the hallway, and dust in the air. This wasn't just a 'mirror replacement', they were hammering the glass off the wall. Did not look like a 40 minute job. Called back the host and said builders can't leave, they must finish the job. Due to the inconveniences caused to us, asked for partial refund. Host said that partial refund was out of the question, but we could leave and find somewhere else to stay. I said that's an even worse option, but I would maybe raise a complaint through Booking.com. We left it at that. Then builder tells us he has direct number to the owner of the property called Areeb. Thought it was worth a shot. Called Areeb and calmly explained whole situation, and asked if partial refund could be offered. Immediate response was 'What kind of HUMAN BEING ARE YOU, to ask for a partial refund immediately' in a condescending way, and proceeded to try give me a mini-lecture on 'This is not how it works in the world, I should just raise the complaint and refunds can be considered at a later time'. Asked if he was joking and he goes on to tell me 'I've dealt with people like you before, you are no longer welcome to stay; I don't think it's INHUMAN to ask for 40 minutes to finish a job'. I was absolutely triggered.
Negative: Immediately cancelled our booking through Booking.com. We asked for full refund at this point (£580 for 3 nights). They initially offered us roughly £350 refund which we declined. After liaising with booking.com further (who couldn't do anything further for us), the property then offered us only £130, as if to PUNISH? us or something weird like that. In summary - effectively unlawfully evicted us, followed by stealing our money. If you have any issues with the property, good luck to you. These people have no responsibility or accountability, are extremely rude, and you will lose your money. Booking.com has no power here. Also, if you think the multiple 9-10 star reviews just stating 'Fabulous' and 'Exceptional' are genuine reviews, then also good luck to you. You have been warned.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable. Excellent price quality relation.
Negative: Far from the city center, but we were fully aware.
