Stylish 2bed flat 10min to Wimbledon tennis courts

Perfect location for a trip to London! Positive: The location was perfect - located right in the heart of Southfields. The flat was very clean, the beds were comfy & it had all the amenities we needed.

Great location but not clean enough for the cost. Positive: The location was excellent, there were a lot of nice restaurants nearby and we were right by the tube station that took us directly into London. Negative: The apartment was not clean. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and the floor was dirty. The dining table and benches needed a good wipe, all of the cutlery and crockery was dirty and the dishwasher was moldy so we couldn’t use that either. The fan and the cabinet over the stove also needed to be cleaned as condensation from cooking had all sort of oil and dirt dripping down into the pots on the stove. There were lightbulbs and cupboard handles that were missing. There was also a bad smell towards the end of the stay. The walls of the building are quite thin so you really hear everything and the doors were always having to be slammed shut. The stairs leading down to the apartment were also a surprise to us and they were quite difficult to navigate with all of our luggage. The parking situation was also not clear, there is no daily parking for 10£, you are only allowed to park there for 4 hours at a time and then we were left with no other option than to book the off street parking that cost us 30£/day. I feel that this needs to be made much clearer in the description.

Great location but requires better management. Positive: Great location Negative: Terrible communication. Not enough wine glasses, plates etc. Dishwasher dirty and requires salt,filters cleaning etc. Light bulbs missing from lots of lamps.

Please be careful before booking Positive: We've stayed here before and knew the flat and location. Negative: Unfortunately on this occasion when we arrived at 19:00 we found that the Flat had not been cleaned and still had the belongings of the previous guests inside. The beds were unkempt, there were clothes and personal belongings in the wardrobes, alcohol bottles were left around the flat and the back door was left wide open. Unfortunately the previous tenants had also left the flat in such a state that it had an extremely unpleasant odour. We tried to contact the owner but could.not get through. Booking.com did help and we eventually got through to the owner via WhatsApp however they were very unhelpful and told us to speak to Booking.com only The flat was Unfortunately unfit to stay in.
